Typically I will not do a review on any business, contractor or product for at least two years after the renovations / upgrades is passed because time is the best test. It is now over 2 years. Fibretech supplied us with exactly the fixtures that we wanted and at a very competitive price. We looked far and wide and just by luck we dropped into this establishment and they had exactly what we were looking for and after over two years the fixtures are a thing of beauty and still working like magic.

I came in today to help my aunt pick a toilet out and drop it off at her home. We had been to a few shops earlier. Being very honest she can be a difficult customer. The Sales team was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole experience very smooth. I would definitely recommend this location.

We’re embarking on a kitchen renovation so back to Fibretech to get a sink and faucet.
We bought our tub, bathroom sinks, faucets, and shower head from them a few years ago and all are working perfectly. When we had a factory flaw in one of the faucets, they were very helpful in getting it replaced. Good selection and good products.

I’ve bought well over a hundred different items including sinks, tubs, showers, faucets and more from this Fibretech location. The staff are very helpful and what they don’t have in their extensive showroom, they have in their warehouse or can order for you. They have high quality products here with a wide selection . Whatever you’re looking for this is a one stop shop for pretty much everything you need for plumbing fixtures. I recommend this store to anyone looking to renovate a single bathroom/kitchen all the way to someone building large new developments.

After numerous efforts to rectify the situation, with parts, they got the manufacturer to replace the entire unit. Thanks for your due diligence.
